Our First Official Stamped Disc
2026 Design Contest
The Junior Hedgehogs held a design contest for a custom hot stamp to be applied to a disc. Our winner was one of our own, Eli M. His design is based on our group with multiple references to people in the Club. A basket appears with the word EDGE. They are one of our affiliate sponsors who donated an Innova Discatcher during our first year. The three birds in the background reference our coaches. The acorn, sprout, sapling, and large oak denote our player divisions. And the large hedgehog coaching a smaller hedgehog signifies our mission to grow the sport to youth in the area.
The disc we've selected is the Sublime Salamander: Speed 6 / Glide 6 / Turn -2 / Fade 1 from Mint Discs.

The Junior Hedgehogs is a youth disc golf club with over 30 members, focused on teaching the sport of disc golf to youth in the San Antonio area. The club started as a homeschool group but now our goal is to grow the sport and create a new generation of disc golfers.
